Ride with T-ride

To request a T-ride, please follow the next steps: - Open the T-ride App choose “Cab service”, the app will set your pickup location via map. -If you need to change the location, do so by typing in your exact address. - In the “where to?” field, enter the destination address and hit “done”. - Choose one of our products and you will see the fares displayed. Click to confirm the product, put the payment method in and click on “book now”. - You will be connected to the closest driver. - The “Enter driver ID” field allows you to request a specific driver. You will see the driver’s ID while requesting a trip. Just put the ID in and proceed forward to request the driver you want. - In case you receive “Unassigned” message, please wait few minutes and try one more time.

Our fare is an addition of the base fare per mile and per minute. The total ride cost will be according to the distance and the time spent on the ride. The base pay varies too according to the selected product. For example, Express is going to charge less than T-XL. Noble is for luxury cars and therefore charges more than the other products. You are advised to choose T-pet if you have a service pet. The base fare calculation will only charge $5.88 and $0.66 for any additional mile.

Yes, you may cancel your ride if it has not started yet. Once the driver starts heading toward the pickup location, you may be charged depending on how close he is to the pickup location. However, you will need to type in the reason why you are cancelling so that the cancellation is complete.

If you want to add a stop to your trip, click on the “+” sign next to the destination address field. You will be prompted to enter the address you would like to stop at. Do the same thing for a round trip.

T-Ride advices customers to be cautious of their belongings on every trip because neither T-Ride nor drivers are responsible for items left behind in a vehicle. Customers should immediately call the driver and if they can't reach him, they may get back to us. T-Ride will work with the driver about the customer's request but there is no guarantee he can get the belongings back.
